problem with character

OK i have a big problem when ever i try to make a worm character like the one i this link:#4 From nothing to video game! [Unity tutorial] FREE! - YouTube

all the peices exept for the main one just fall through the platform i made sure that it had all the things that it had in the video and i put combiner rings on them

Um, colliders? Well in the video they just followed each other using the smooth follow script, so no real reason for colliders. The only reason I can see is because they don’t have the script.
