I install unity iPhone on my mac , and I am trying control the game with unity remote 3 , but when I open remote app and select my iMac then press play button on Unity . the compiler gives me an error which is strange to me !
what can I do to solve this problem ? !
Unity iPhone version 1.7.1
But you can’t target iOS anymore without buying a license.
The assert bug you see there is known and was fixed on Unity 3
With unity iphone 1.x you are doomed, either it works or fails, nothing you can do about it
What should I do ? so what is different Unity 3.4 and Unity iPhone ? I don’t understand ! which should I work with it to create iOS games , I am not decide to release my game just control the game through Unity remote . then I will buy the license and release it .
I am learning Unity via VTC tutorials . and author does not mention about UNITY 3 ! to work with remote just learns with Unity iPhone 1.7 !
You should delete your old Unity iPhone anyway, as you’re using a pirated license.
Unity 3.x can handle everything in one application. However, as dreamora said (my fault), you have to buy a license for iOS Development.
You get the indie license for Unity iOS for 400$ here.
