No new data has appearead since November 21st.
Is there anyone I could talk to in order to get this issue solved?

We are currently experiencing delays in our Dashboard processing and this problem is being fixed. I will let you know once the problem is fixed, sorry for the inconvenience.
The data before November 25th has been caught up, and the data on November 25th is being processed.
