Problem with licensing

Hi,

I am new to unity. I installed trial version of iphone unity. Now I want to uninstall it and install just plain free indie version of unity. I installed free version, but it asked me for license, then click in “Internet activation”, and then when i click in “Free” button it gives an error telling that trial is over. But i want free version, what licese it is talking about? I am having bad experience with unity right from the beginning… :frowning:

In order to get things up and running you will first need to clear out the old trial installation of Unity so:

1.Uninstall Unity
2.Delete this file:

  • Win: C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Pace Anti-Piracy/License Files
  • Mac: HD/Library/Application Support/PACE Anti-Piracy/License Files
  1. Restart
  2. Download Unity again from our website, since your original install might be corrupt.

  3. Reinstall and test
