problem with PBR shader and custom mesh

hi, i’m trying to make a shader, this is the tutorial i’ve followed DISSOLVE using Unity Shader Graph - YouTube .
in short is a dissolve effect, it works on default objects like cube or sphere, but if i use my custom mesh the mesh is visible or invisible, without effects, like the alphaClipThreshold is pass directly from 0 to 1
this problem is on every mesh.
