Sorry about my English. I’m making a racing game. When i’m playing, my car and AI car are impact with high velocity. After collision. They fly up, many times i try many way to turn off the force direct y, examples: FreezePositionY, iskinematic = true,… But i don’t like that ways because they are not real. After collision. 2 objects have a force and i only want the force direct y is zero. Anybody help me, plz.
The default Rigidbody settings for Drag and Angular Drag are suitable for objects in space - when applied to cars, the result is way exagerated, even worse than the most stupid Hollywood action movies: the cars fly and spin crazily in the air after any small collision. Try to increase Drag and Angular Drag values, and possibly add a constant down force like suggested by @VioKyma.
