problem with posting new thread in collaboration

Hi
I can’t post new thread in collaboration and when i press the submit button the browser go to a blank page and after 1 or 2 seconds come back to collaboration main page :face_with_spiral_eyes:
I test it with other browser but again it happen for me !!
first time test with firefox next with internet explorer both of them is new (last) version!
Also I go to our university library and in there I can’t post new thread too.

There are several stickied threads in the Collaboration section that are in ALL CAPS and pretty hard to miss. You need to read them to get an understanding of how the section works.
