Hello, i have Unity Pro but none of the pro features are there. It worked fine for a long time, but then i got a bunch of errors and now in the components menu there aren’t any image effects. I tried to import the assets again but it did nothing. Anyone know why?
Do Help->about or Unity->about and see what serial number is shown in the window that appears. If this is not your Pro serial, then drop the support team an email and attach the screenshot, and they can help you locate your Pro serial number. (Or send them the purchase order.)
