Problem with scene. Don't know what.

Hello, I am having a problem with some of the objects in my scene. I have done nothing to them since yesterday, and this started happening this afternoon. Some objects are darker than others, even though everything(and the materials) are the same. Can someone help?

Bump? Does anyone know why this has happened? Or has anyone ever had this problem?

Do you mean the roads? What happens if you turn off lighting in the Scene View?

A shot in the dark…but are they black on both sides? Are the normals flipped or one-sided (I’m not sure how unity deals with this, but it is a general 3D thing).

Is this an Editor only problem or Game View too?
What happen if you change editor’s camera orientation (to perspective), do the same is happening?, it looks like there are two meshes (double faces) on the road’s corners, if you are going to model a street, just extrude the corner, do not create a new plane for perpendicular streets, sometimes that could be the problem…

aNTeNNA trEE - Yes, i mean the roads. =) They still are the same, and get a bit darker(no lights).

Rafes - I have done nothing to any of the mesh importers, or the model itself. So, I have no idea.

Mig-081 - It’s the same in both the editor and game view, and it’s the same with both camera settings. Each road and intersection is a different object so far. there are no duplicate meshes, I just checked for those.

Hello, I also have noticed this. On some parts of other objects, it happens too. Attached is an image of my problem.

It looks kinda like a projector. But I never added one and it’s only in certain parts of the city.

Bump. Anyone?

Update: When I moved those objects outside the city, they go normal again. Does this tell anyone anything?

I fixed it… It was a few projectors that were doing something weird to the scene. =)
