Problem with script changes

It’s weird today. I changed some parts of a script which attached to many prefabs.

Problem is, the script of some of those prefabs are changed, but some others are not.
I’ve never seen this before.

Should I put the prefabs up to the Hieararchy, remove the old script, add the changed script and press
the apply button one by one?

I may not know a very basic rule of Unity or I have some serious problems with my macbook?
Please, help me out.

Hi @mhhk88 Once the script is changed, please make sure that from the prefab try giving Apply or create a new prefab.
But it seems like a bug since once the script is changed it should be reflected across all of the prefabs
