I have a problem with unity, is that when I create a terrain, not shown in the tab “Scene” or the “Game”
It’s the same when I create a cube or other thing of “Game object”.
I Uninstalled and installed Unity 3 times.
Double-click on it or press “f” to focus on it when the pointer is over the scene view.

You have no objects in you hierarchy panel?
That is where any next created, in scene can be seen, accessed etc. if you create an object and it is not in there, it is not in your scene and you do have an issue. Check hierarchy.
