Problem with upgrading to latest NGUI

I upgraded to latest NGUI and received the following message

Assets/NGUI/Scripts/Internal/UpdateManager.cs(16,14): error CS0101: The namespace global::' already contains a definition for UpdateManager’

Suggestions?

What Version of NGUI and what version of Unity do you use?
Did you update NGUI like its told in the read-me?
