Problems building for 2.1

Hi,
I am trying to build an empty project (just for try) but Unity 3.1 keeps saying this:
“Android SDK doesn’t include any platforms! Did you run Android SDK setup to install the platform(s)?
Minimum platform required for build is Android 2.2 (API level 8)”

From what I know Unity 3d could also build for 2.1.

You need 2.2 to build; the result will still run on 2.1
