Problems Importing .fbx rigs to Unity

Hi there,

We are having problems when we try to import an .fbx 3d model from 3d studio max to Unity3D 4.

The 3d model is composed of:

  • body mesh
  • dress mesh.

Both meshes have a physique modifier for the rigging and everything looks right in 3D Studio (animations and meshes work well)

The problem is when we try to import the fbx and play the animations in Unity. Body mesh looks well but vertices from the dress mesh don’t see well (the dress collapses itself in a bunch of polis). Animations work well for the body mesh but not for the dress.

¿Anyone knows what is happening? ¿Why it works perfect in 3DStudio and not in Unity3D?

Well, my mates solved the problem.

They changed the Physique modifier to Skin, simple and easy,
