Problems installing HDRP

Unity 2022.3.50 : When i install HDRP (same thing happens to mathematics) i get several errors related to Library caches. This is what i already tried and didn’t work:

-Re-installing the version through archive instead of unity hub
-Installing HDRP template
-Making one of my friends install it inside the project and send me over the project again (notice, in his project HDRP worked just fine but, for me, it didn’t
-Deleting Library
-Deleting Library Cache
-Changing manifest.json

try deleting the package cache location (see hub settings or manual)

I got it to work after going into regedit, navigating to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unity Technologies\Unity Editor 5.x and deleting the folder, thank you for your help.
