Problems with Trees and Wind

Hello,

I bought an Asset Pack that contains a lot of Trees and i’m having Problems with them.

I created a WindZone - which according to Unity’s documentation - is correct. Sometimes i was not able to set a BendFactor for the Trees. When i could, i set it to 1.

I set up a WindZone but it did not work, also the Pack came with a Wind-Prefab and Script that did not work.

But: The Trees aren’t moving at all :frowning:

According to the Pack’s documentation it should be compatible with the Universal Render Pipeline.

Do you happen to know if they are SpeedTrees?
I believe the file extension for them is .spm.
If so, if I remember correctly these trees don’t work with terrain wind systems, rather they have their own built in wind settings.

Thank you for your Quick Response.

There are no .spm files, just prefabs, models (.fbx), Photoshop-Files for Noise and GustNoise, meta files, some Shaders with .cginc extension and a Script which is by default applied to the included Wind-Prefab.

I’d honestly try to reach out to the asset author and inquire how to make it work then.
