This is not a problem. You are working on Orthographic camera and some of your objects’ Z transform are being more than Camera.
In other words, when you zoom in too much, your objects will stay behind Camera and will not be rendered. Either change your Orthographic camera settings to enable draw distance or put your objects on 0 Z transform.
