ProBuilder Can not rotade a Face in edite mode.

I can not rotate a Face (or other options) in ProBuilder when I am editing in it. I have used multiple versions of Unity. When trying to select the rotation, it doesn’t select. I try to change the pivot-point and normals. I can sometimes go up and down. Butt not left or right.

Is there any way to solve this problem.
