Does official plan to do huge improvement that not just a simple prototyping 3D modeling tool but try to get it to as near to professional 3D software like Blender that bring 3D modeling, painting, and rigging features into Unity? There are no plans for Unity to compete with digital content creation tools like Blender or Maya, or to compete with uModeler. They are able to focus solely on 3D content creation whereas we cannot. As such, for the near term future we only intend ProBuilder to address the needs for rapid prototyping of geometry in the Game Engine, primarily for level design.
