Probuilder: Struggling with placement / y height when creating new shapes

Hi, I am not sure how to phrase the issue I am having but I am attempting to do the following:-

I am using Probuilder and Progrids to block out a level design. I have the Y grid showing and that is locked on in place. I’ve created a shape 1 block high and have that at 0,0,0.

When I go to create a new shape using the new poly tool, it will use a different Y value and I was trying to find a way to ‘draw on the grid’ i.e. first face before extruding then will be at zero on Y. The problem is, it doesnt! In this example it’s created the shape at y = -124.

This is really annoying as when I put the shape at the right height, it is totally out of scale with existing shapes.

What am I doing wrong here?

Hmm,

So this appears to be an issue with the Progrid version coming in through the package manager. I tried the asset store 2.x instead and it works perfectly / as expected.

If you get weird Y-ness, dump the package manager version and revert progrids to 2.x!
