Can someone tell me how can i find Pro-builder because no ‘tool’ option is showing on the window. I saw from various other posts they say correctly install pro-builder I tried many time but nothing helping me out.

First you need to make sure that you have enabled “Show preview packages.” You can
install ProBuilder from the Package Manager. Window → Package Manager → search
in search bar "ProBuilder " → Install
