Project Folder Failed

Hi!,

I am trying to create a new project in Unity2019.2.17f1.
I always says;

“Creating project folder failed”.
Please help me how to fix this issue.

I have already another project on Unity2019.3.12f1

Do you have the proper write permissions to create the folder in that location?
