Project isnt starting

Hi,
I want to work at my project but every time I want to start it, it says:

Moving F:/Projects/E/Temp/UnityTempFile-(Random numbers + letters that change every time i enter the project)
to F:/Projects/E/Library/ScriptMapper : access denied

Is there some way to enter the project again?

Delete both Temp and Library directories (both store temporary cache files). Then open the project again.
