Every time I try to open a new unity project, it says “Project path does not exist”. is there any way to overcome this issue?

Same is happening for me, I have no clue why.

Please don’t download random DLLs from the internet and put them into your system installation. That’s a great way to have your computer infected with malware.
If you’re getting code 0xc000007b, you should reinstall Unity from the hub and it will install any dependencies that are missing.
