Project settings window fails to open on 6000.0.27f1, 6000.0.25f1 and 6000.0.23f1

Hey all,

Seems a bizarre question to ask but I started a clean project yesterday and wanted to set up and check some version control options in Project settings.

If I click Edit > Project Settings…nothing happens. I’ve tried the usual, restarting, reinstalling, reset layouts, new projects etc but nothing seems to work. I’ve tried on clean installs and new projects on 6000.0.27f1, 6000.0.25f1 and 6000.0.23f1. This is also HD 3D Core project.

Any one else come across this in recent Unity versions or have any other tips?

Just to follow up - I had had some older versions of Unity installed that I no longer used and decided to have a general clean up of all unused Unity related files. I restarted, did a clean install of 6000.0.27f1 and the project window appeared first time. :person_shrugging:

Hi there,
Just faced with the similar problem on 6000.0.49f1.
Clicking on Project Settings, but I have permanently loading settings window.
Tried to clean everything and to make a clean install – didn’t help in the end. Don’t know what to do now..
