My window is smaller then it should be and makes me do an awkward scrolling to see the other half of the options. I have tried expanding the window, but that portion of the pop up stays the same size. something is wrong with the scroller part of it.

Have you tried resetting the layout of the inspector? (top right corner of the editor, there is a Layout dropdown)
– HelliumI tried resetting the layout. it didn't do anything to fix that issue. sadly, I also forgot to save before doing so lol.
