Projection mapping a Unity game

I’m creating a game on Unity2D that I would like to projection map onto a building. So, how exactly do I do that? Am I able to load the game somehow onto the projection mapping software, or do I have to use a third tool to put everything together?

If it helps to know the projection mapping software I have: Isadora, Modul8, MadMapper

You could use Madmapper(or other mapping software) to receive a Syphon or Spout signal directly from Unity.
