Projector not working right

Greatings all,

I dont know if anyone else is having this problem. I create a Projector, assign it a material. I assume it is all set up right. When it is placed in the scene, anything the projector touches is filled with the texture. (added or whatever the shader is)

Is this a bug, or am I not doing something right?

If you set the projector to orthographic and the texture to repeat it self, it will fill up the whole surface it touches.
