Prometheus - Alien conspiracy theory inspired first person shooter, platformer, adventure game.

Main protagonist.

English name: Edison “Eddy”

Trivia: Fingers never prune in the bath because he is covered in a thin layer of mucus.

Premise: You are an imprisoned gray alien in an underground black site known as Icarus, located in New Mexico. An outbreak of a dangerous new alien species inside the base leads to chaos, giving you the opportunity for revenge and to escape. But it won’t be easy. Endless corridors and sealed blast doors, equipment rendered inoperable by mechanical failure, along with hostile mutating aliens and trigger happy mercenaries, you’re in for one hell of a day.

Features: I plan for highly angular, stylized characters specifically inspired by Nintendo 64 era 3D. I want a return to Figure It Out Your Damn Self (FIOYDS) game design that existed before short attention spans and marketplace saturation became the norm. Frustrating portions. Mazes. Baffling puzzles. Infuriating jumping sections (just wait). And JETPACK sections where you have to avoid spinning fans, air vents that blow you off course, live electricity AND you watch your fuel reserve. It’ll be diabolical. Finishing the game will actually be something to brag about.

Vision: As time goes on and things develop, my hope is that I can convince people to contribute talents in exchange for a share of the riches this gem of a game will earn. It was never intended to be a solo project, and if I have to go it alone it will take much longer.

If push comes to shove, a kickstarter campaign might happen.

I hope you are as entertained by the process of making this game as I am.

Ok you can take 90 percent of all profit made after me and the team do all the hard work. And don’t forgot to disappear 5 weeks in!

It’s so sad that the world has become so bad that unprincipled behavior is the norm.

I’ll be rolling out with a simple storyboard and some concept art soon.

I have a unique idea for determining the profit sharing schema, based on tasks completed. Even if the team composition changes over time, people will still receive their compensation when capital materializes.

I thank you for your interest, and hope to hear more from you in the near future.

Alright good luck anyways
