Does anyone have any free websites etc for promoting or advertising a new Unity app? The obvious of course is social media but what else is out there for Indie peps?

Dev blogging seems to be successful (Using actual Blog/Instagram/Twitter)
Game dev have been doing exceptionally well in Twitter given that share/re-tweet button,
which is pretty great to get the words about your stuff to spread around out there.
Enthusiast/hobbyists also actively look for tips/tricks and interesting discoveries you made out there while you are developing your game. Potential customers build up the hype and the sense of supporting from watching it grow.
You might even find experienced developer giving you feedback and such for what you post.
This is a win-win in all ways for you and your followers.
Not really sure I buy into that idea. I just read a bunch of articles talking about how people have twitter but no one really uses it anymore. I could be wrong but how many people actually still actively use twitter?
iOS, Android? Both? Is it a game? What’s the target market?

I would have a bit of advice for iOS, casual or 16-24 male targeted games. So yeah, this is way out of my niche.
If the information displayed is accurate, have you considered trying to get in touch with insectariums around the world and see if they have a need for it or a similar solution? To me, this seems like one of the better cards you could play.
I’m sorry what is “insectariums”? My first game is android yes and that is the game. But we have other games we are building as well. Are you suggesting I reach out to Museums etc related to insects? If so that is a great suggestion.
Ah, we have this insect museum in Montreal called the insectarium. I googled a bit and thought it was used widely to represent insect museums around the world. But yeah, that’s what I meant.
