Properties, logics and others things...

I´m interesting in know if i set some logics or properties in blender, that will affect unity’s project?, for instance, set the logic of a cube and put it like dynamic actor, since in unity we have physics too…

No, no smart “logic” from Blender will export and be used inside of Unity. We support Blender like all modeling tools and that’s via its FBX export capabilities and none of that is supported in Unity via FBX. You can certainly recreate that logic/functionality, but that’s a bit different than what you’re specifically asking about.

it´s good, blender in this case serves only for model and texturing, the point between both programs is simple and great…

I would have to say that being able to export user defined object properties from blender into unity would be a great help. As it stands a lot of setup work has to be done in unity which means that each time you change something in the blend file the unity setup has to be redone.
