PROTOFACTOR STORE will be a completely new and enjoyable experience. Customers will be able to login to their account and have access to all the download links of the products they purchased.

Early access bundles at a rebate price will only be available on our store. Bundles would be released after completion on other marketplaces.
Customers will have access to unitypackages, UE4 packages and raw files (No native files, just the raw fbx files with one featuring all animation and meshes on a single timeline and each separate textures).
We will be selling our new top of the line HEROIC FANTASY ULTIMATE COLLECTION which gathers 73 characters for only $699.99 (creatures full pack volume 1 and 2, bosses volume 1 and were creatures pack. Saving of $225 compared to asset store.)
In the days to come some of you guys, who purchased from or former store, will receive emails asking them to create an account. This will allow us to add manually the products purchased so that they are accessible through their newly created account.
We are really looking forward to establishing some great relationships with existing and future customers.

The site is looking great. However, I don’t think all my purchases are showing up in my order history. I purchased both heroic fantasy creature packs and those don’t show up. Can you check this Please?

Hey there! Thanks for the support so far! I guess our “create your own bundle and get a discount” is a nice feature.
On a side note, it might be possible that some of our past customers didn’t receive an account creation request, since our internet provider wasn’t allowing us to send more than 100 emails… We split our big mailing list in several parts and we’ve resent an email requesting our past customers to register with us so they can have access to their products.
So far about 30% of our past customers registered and we’ve linked all their purchases.

Sorry to hear you feel that way about the animations. We updated them recently while upgrading all our animals (still have 2 birds to upgrade). Believe it or not but we do our best to deliver the best product we can.
We also provide sketchfab viewers for all our models on the Asset Store. All users can check out the models and animations at 360° in real time before making any decision.
Hiring an animator that would do a better job is likely to cost you about 50 times the price you paid to get the pig (if you manage to find one) … I would think twice about it.
Well, it looks like you’re not using the product in the intended use… those 3 animations for the crocodile are not meant to be used in a line but rather to be used among multiple entities so that you have some variations when the crocodiles are just resting on the river banks…
Regarding the elephant you might want to be a little more specific here…
Don’t hesitate to leave an actual review on the product itself on the Asset Store; it has way more impact than just on the forum.
Haven’t tried the animal pack but the animations on the monster beasts like barghest are great. I’ve used them on released games and never had any complaints.
Of course. We’re currently pretty busy finishing a contract work, then 2 more birds to fisnih and finally we’ll be able to start on brand new original products
