When I play my game in the Unity editor, I collide with enemies and lose health.
However…
When I publish my game, I no longer lose health when colliding with enemies. It’s happening on all platforms. Any thoughts? I’m stumped.
“lose health” event follows by lots of other internal events. such as some move, some checks, some collisions, some checks again and subtracting health - it’s a simple model. so first of all insert debug information to every stage of this events chain, publish game again and check debug log for broken stage. after you got this info it is will be much more easy to find answer for your question.
i figured it out. for some reason it only works if i have it pass through 3 colliders instead of 1. thank you for all of your help. i guess more colliders offers more chances for it to actually give me points.
