Publishing Android game for educational purpose

Hi Guys,
I’m teaching “Promotion and Marketing” on Technical University of Lodz - our students want to create (completly) free 2D Android game and publish it on Google Play (using our university developer account) - as a result of project task.

Is it legal to use Unity Free in this case and publish free game?

Of course, you can even publish pay to play games with the free version!
