That is nothing to worry about. That only needs to be set just before your app goes on the marketplace.
This is how you change it:
- Tick the box that says “Create New Keystore”
- Press “Browse Keystore” and then save the file.
- Enter in a password and conferm it.
- Once you have done this, you will be able to create a new alias.

It’s recommended to also sign your testbuilds with a certificate, if you don’t want to lose your games progress.
If you push the game with debug signed and then later push a signed version, the installation will fail. Only apps who have been signed using the same certificate can be updated. In that case you’d first have to delete the previous version (loosing all progress) and install the new signed one
