PULSE (Post-Processing Utilities, LUTs, and Special Effects) is an alternative tool to default URP Post Processing. It allows you to create custom post processing effects with minimal amount code and also overlaying cameras without effecting other camera.
I tried my best to make it user friendly and easy to use but still it requires some setup before using.
