Purchased asset, but it doesn't work, cannot download it

Hello, I purchased this asset

But it doesnt show up anywhere

I received the invoice alright but I can’t access the asset anywhere !

I even tried downloading a free asset and also didn’t work ! (Doesn’t show in my asset)

What’s in the Console? I’ve seen this recently with another user, problem was he wasn’t logged in for whatever reason. The Console showed that information.
