Purchased Asset. Got Error. Got Charged Money, but have no asset.

Yesterday, I purchased “First Fantasy for Mobile (G.E.Team)” asset from the asset store, but got an error. I got charged money, but have no asset to download.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. I put my credit card information in.
  2. Clicked the terms of condition.
  3. Left the express purchase unchecked.
  4. Clicked purchase.
  5. Received an error to contact support.
  6. Got charged money on my bank account.
  7. I have no asset because of the error. :frowning:

What are my options?
