Purchased online. When do I get serial?

I purchased a license for Unity Pro, Android, and iPhone Pro on 8/24. I have a receipt from Paypal but have not received a serial number or other confirmation from Unity yet.

I emailed support@unity3d.com and sales@unity3d.com and have not received a reply.

I did get a link to download the beta 5 but can’t do much until I get my serial.

Is it typical for a reply to take this long? Who do I contact next? Please help.

I just called the SF office and they said they would re-send it.
