Purchased the unity asset bundle money has been debited but didn't received the assets, invoice and moneyback

today i purchased this(https://assetstore.unity.com/mega-bundles/unity-6-toolkit) asset bundle and after the payment, I did get an error of payment issue. I mentioned the issue to the Unity Support Ticket and sent the mail as well, but didn’t get any response from Unity. What should I do for faster communication with the team so I can grab the assets or the money back

I suppose this is a duplicate of Trying to connect asses store service due to payment bug didn't received the invoice and assets after payment
