Certain credit card companies are blocking purchases from the asset store.
I continuously have certain credit card companies (i.e. Discover) that block purchases made through the asset store. This is $5.00 purchase. I have to go through the same hoops everytime of contacting the credit card company to explain this is a legitimate charge.
I’m located in the US.

Edit: The reason for this happening is because merchant is located in Denmark, which is international, which is why the charge is blocked.
I had to call the CC company to authorize the charge.
So if anyone else is using the Discover, you may have the issue.
You could try creating a PayPal account, linking your cards to that account, and making your purchases with it that way. I’ve never had issues. You could also see if Discover can white list Unity purchases for your card.
