I’m purchasing models off Turbosquid and notice 2 UV related options, UV Mapped and Unwrapped UVs.
Are both necessary if you are texturing in Unity?
Don’t want to waste more $ than I have already on assets:)

UV Mapped is another word for textured. I don’t know why artists ever used that in place of textured.
Unwrapped UV means you will receive the UV shells laid out without texturing.
That’s my understanding from using 3D Max daily since 1999.
I think either one will work for you to recreate new maps. However I’d probably go with the blank UV’s if I was creating textures.
