Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well. I have been trying to create an environment with Unity 6. The trees are always pink/purple. I have been researching on youtube, forum, etc, and tried all solution that I found, but they’re still purple. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Could it be just the assets? I am using the Conifers [BOTD].
Please see the screenshots.
Check the tree leaves material, it probably has a Diffusion Profile assigned.
If the said diffusion profile is not in the list of active profiles for the rendering (either in the default volume settings, or in the scene volume), the material will render with a pink-ish “error profile”.
Did you find where this was? i cant find this Diffusion profile assigned
I still also have the same problem
found it:
profile 2 said it was missing, found it in the assets added, fixed it
thank you
Thank you so much. For anyone else wondering: Go to Edit> Project Settings> Quality> HDRP> Add Override. Then search for “diffusion” in your assets folder and add all of the diffusion profiles.
