Pushing Multiple Development Builds Problem

Hi all,
Again, I have another super newbie problem, made a couple searchers, but I feel like I have a relatively unique problem.
So I’m running a classroom, and have 10 computers, all building similar applications. Each one is has a different project name, scene name, and are naming the apk files differently.
However, whenever we try to build and run an app to a device, it deletes the previous application, not sure how to fix this, but I’m in pretty dire straits right now with it.

Windows 7 Pro
Unity 4.2.2f1
Vuforia 2.6
Devices: Droid X running Android 2.3.4

You need to change the bundle identifier.

File → Build Settings → Player Settings → Other Settings → bundle identifier
