QualitySettings area

Can someone help me interpret the QualitySettings area?

For instance, if my settings are as follows:

Then, if I do a Build and Run on Android, is it going to run Fastest (where the green check is), or will it run Beautiful (where the dark gray bar is)?

I prefer to set default to the one i want, cause sometimes game still run on different quality when i try to use these green checkboxes, dont know why
