Hi All,
I have this game object that I want to rotate to a given direction...call it target;
what are the differences when I use Quaternion.Slerp(startRotation,target,t) and
Transform.LookAt(targetPosition) does it give me the same result? when should I use one over the other?
Thank u in advance
I think you can control the speed at which the slerp rotation will "lock on" to your position.Where as LookAt will instantly snap. Never used LookAt so don't quote me on that second sentance but definatly sure about controlling rotation speed with damp for quaternion slerp.
