Hey, guys, it’s me again. I just want to ask about an issue that I’m facing with my Quest 3 games. I just created a mixed-reality game in which I divided the world into two sections: virtual and real. I have a very light environment with no heavy physics interaction; however, extended gaming sessions cause my Oculus Quest 3 to freeze. I attempt to create the same game, but I take out the Passthrough elements from my scene, and it seems to function fairly well, even after a long period of play. Have you ever faced this issue?
We haven’t had any such performance issues in our tests. I recommend that you use the Profiler to inspect what the most expensive parts of your frame are, and what the differences are between passthrough and non-passthrough versions of your app. Unity - Manual: Profiler overview
