Quest controllers lose tracking after pushing the home button

I’m using a XR rig with the oculus plugin. Everything works fine until I push the home button. There’s still tracking in the oculus menu, but when I go back to the game I have no hand tracking most of the time (sometimes I do). I still have head tracking.

Pushing the button on the side to put it to sleep, then turning it back on, will make tracking come back, or restarting the game.

Do I need to do something when coming out of home to reset the tracking somehow?

This is still an issue. I’m using Unity 2020.3. Can anyone help? Is there a way to refresh tracking when coming out of the oculus menu?
