Quest going into a shutdown mode while not wearing it , how do i stop this

I have a program were it downloads a lot of stuff and stores it on the quest
you start the program, it checks and downloads missing items.

If i not wearing the quest, it pauses doing this, how do i stop this

You can try covering the proximity sensor inside the headset.

In the quest settings you can change the time it goes to sleep when inactive to up to 4 hours.
