When displaying an empty scene on Quest and using the OVR Metrics Tool, I see the GPU and CPU drop to level 0 and the frame rate vary from 69-73 FPS and an occasional stale frame. Even if I lock the GPU & CPU to 4, I still see the same frame rate variation and an occasional stale frame.
When running the OVR Metrics Tool on Quest apps created using Unreal, I see the frame rate steady at 72 FPS. Is there something I can do to obtain a steady 72 FPS and no stale frames?
